Based on current CDC guidelines, “people can wear a mask based on personal preference, informed by personal level of risk.” As always, if you have COVID-19 symptoms or exposure to someone with COVID-19, please do not enter the building. Please email Cathy Hendrikson with questions at email@example.com.

Bring your child/ren age 5 and younger to the lower level commons area to run and play. Each week we will have different activities set up for the kids to expend their energy. An adult must stay with the child/ren while they are here. No registration is necessary; just drop in. All are welcome. Invite you friends and neighbors to join you!
In case you or your child needs a break from worship, our Family Lounge is now open during all three services on Sunday morning. Formerly known as the nursery, the family lounge is available to use with parental supervision. Worship audio is available in the Family Lounge.
ON EASTER SUNDAY AT 8:30 & 9:45 AM, THE PARENT LOUNGE/NURSERY WILL BE STAFFED. AT 11:00 AM THE LOUNGE WILL BE AVAILABLE WITH PARENTAL SUPERVISION.
3:30-5:00 pm l 2nd & 4th Sundays
Kids in grades 5 and 6 are invited to to hang out, play games, eat snacks, do a short lesson or devotion and most of all, have fun and get to know the other youth at Augustana. We will meet in the Club 56 space on the lower level (rooms 6 and 7).
Augustana welcomes children in 2nd grade and older to participate in the First Communion class. Classes are held in February or March, typically about two weeks before Holy Week. We celebrate First Communion for children during a service on Maundy Thursday. Students and parents must attend one of the classes to be communed. Children learn about the Last Supper, basic Lutheran communion concepts, and the Sacrament of Holy Communion as we celebrate it today. Please choose one of the following dates to attend this class with your child. Please note: this is not a drop-off class; at least one parent must accompany his or her child. Call the church office if you have questions and to RSVP for your choice of class date.
